The Credential Student Service Center (CSSC) provides a range of services to those pursuing credentials, including:
- Advisement regarding credential requirements in all programs
- Initial screening for credential program requirements
- Housing of student records
- Monitoring of progress towards credentials

The CSSC serves four departments offering credential programs. Three of the departments, Teacher Education, Educational Leadership and Educational Psychology, are within the College of Education and Allied Studies. A fourth department, Communicative Sciences and Disorders, is housed within the College of Letters, Arts, and Social Sciences.
