| WHAT | This is a preparation course designed to help you pass the required Subject Matter Competency for the Multiple Subject Credential (California Subject Examinations for Teachers, Multiple Subjects). This is a course for the three CSET Multiple Subjects exams; it does not address any of the CSET Single Subject Assessments.
This is an 18-hour course taught on two Fridays and two Saturdays. |
| WHERE | The course is offered at CSUHayward. Your confirmation letter will provide all the details (map, room location, parking information, textbook). |
| WHEN | The course is offered four times during the 2004-05 academic year. Friday classes are from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., Saturday classes are from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (You should attend all 18 hours of class). |

| COST | The best price in the Bay Area! $110 for entire preparation course. Your other costs will be 1) CSET-Multiple Subject test registration fee; 2) about $35 for the textbook.
The course covers CSET Multiple Subjects Subtest I (Reading, Language, & Literature; History & Social Science), Subtest II (Science; Mathematics), and Subtest III (Physical Education; Human Development; Visual & Performing Arts). The fee is $110 regardless of how many subtests you are preparing to take. |
